One of the world’s largest public health agencies needed help supporting their emergency response to overlapping public health crises. We partnered with them to provide the Project & Program Management Services they needed to stay on track.
Our scope of work spanned oversight across several multi-year projects, as well as specific service deliverables on a tight calendar. Our role included:
- Establishing and overseeing an $80M portfolio of multi-year transformation projects, supporting expansion of critical public health systems and workforce
- Establishing and managing new business operations
- Managing multiple individual projects to implement new IT systems
- Integrating systems to manage large amounts of data from multiple systems/sources
- Coordinating and scheduling the delivery of vital clinical services to various outside agencies
- Transitioning sustainable business operations to agency staff
What We Delivered
Seneca delivered business-changing results on an emergency basis and kept vital initiatives moving forward. Crucially, we managed and implemented:
- 16 critical business and IT transformation initiatives
- A situation room in one of the world’s largest school systems
- Referrals to over 6,000 families for pregnancy & newborn services
- Greater program eligibility and more accurate patient tracking through the creation of new intake, referral and case management systems
- Over 13,000 vaccines and 34,000 tests to vulnerable populations
- A sustainable billing system that shored up payment accuracy for clinical services
