Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) Awards Melissa Manley

She enhanced Seneca’s pricing tool and strategy, promoting increases in the firm’s gross profits, as well as led internal Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Wellness initiatives, spearheading substantial cultural change. In her local community, Manley actively supports nonprofits such as the Women Entrepreneurial Opportunity Project, Alliance of Women Philanthropists, Transition Pet Care, LifeLine Fulton and Lazarus. This work ranges from providing collegiate scholarships and advocating for social equity to helping navigate homelessness and sheltering neglected pets.

She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and MBA from the University of Tennessee and a Masters of Internal Business from Thunderbird School of Business.
