Mr. Tam serves as the Executive Vice President of Federal Government Services. He is responsible for market expansion, strategic partnerships, and growing and developing his staff. He has over 15 years of experience in the professional services industry, specifically working with Government Integrators on IT contracts of varying size and scope within the Intel, DoD, and Federal Civilian agencies.
Prior to joining Seneca, Mr. Tam had a 15 year career as a top producer with Softworld where he helped launch their government practice by successfully forging strong partnerships with Fortune 100 clients.
Mr. Tam received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Suffolk University and his Master of Business Administration from Boston College. He’s an avid tennis player, enjoys spending time with family, and traveling with his wife.
