Mr. Molter is the Vice President of SLED Government Services. He is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategies to support customer solutions for recruiting, staffing, training, and consulting services in the State & Local Government and Education marketplace.

He is an accomplished management and business development professional specializing in IT consulting and staff augmentation for both public sector and Fortune 500 organizations. With over eleven years delivering workplace solutions in NYC, Mr. Molter understands the significance of employing efficient and ethical practices to ensure complete client satisfaction. He excels in providing tailored solutions that effectively address customer staff augmentation requirements.

Before starting a career in workforce solutions, Dustin worked in the engineering industry, delivering program and project management services. This unique background allowed him to gain comprehensive insights into service delivery, operations, and sales from both vendor and end-user perspectives.

Dustin currently lives in New York with his wife and children where he enjoys spending off work hours with his family and friends.
