Rob Persiano

As CEO, Mr. Persiano is responsible for the execution of the company’s strategic business plan. Mr. Persiano provides strategic guidance and leadership in the areas of territory development, customer engagement, sales and service delivery.

Prior to joining Seneca Resources in 2019, Mr. Persiano spent over 17 years with Experis, Manpower Group. Over his 20-year career in the professional services industry, Mr. Persiano served in multiple roles earning promotions to include leadership positions at the regional and corporate level.

Mr. Persiano earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida in addition to MBA coursework at the University of Wisconsin.

Mr. Persiano resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife and two children.
