As Seneca’s Chief Financial Officer, Theresa McDannald brings a deep background in the staffing industry and the expertise to elevate the finance function. She holds extensive experience serving private-equity-backed staffing organizations, most recently as CFO of Lucas Group (a division of Korn Ferry). Prior to that, Theresa held executive leadership roles at Global Employment Solutions and EmployBridge, where she led high-impact financial operations, process improvement, and integration efforts.

With strong experience in M&A integration, Theresa is well-positioned to support Seneca’s inorganic growth strategy.
