Seneca Resources LLC (“Seneca” or “the Company”), a leading provider of information technology, engineering, and business professional resourcing and specialized consulting services, announced that Tim McPherson has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Seneca Resources is a portfolio company of Caymus Equity Partners LLC (“Caymus Equity”).
Mr. McPherson brings over forty years of staffing industry leadership experience across IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Industrial, Administrative, and Professional Services. He began his career in 1985 as a Technical Recruiter with TAD Technical Services and has since held executive roles at several industry-leading organizations. Notably, he served as CEO of Hospitality Staffing Solutions (“HSS”), a former Caymus Equity portfolio company, where he led the business through a period of transformational growth, culminating in a successful exit in early 2020. Mr. McPherson has also served as President & COO of Nesco Resource and has been recognized six times by Staffing Industry Analysts as one of the “Staffing 100” most influential executives in the industry.
